Refund policy
Returns:
- If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us in 30 days of receipt.
- A Refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection.
- Returned merchandise must be shipped in the original packaging and returned freight prepaid and unused resalable condition. Authorized returns and cancellations are subject to 35 percent restocking charge. All returns are inspected and SaveMH reserves the right to refuse credit on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
- Return requests after the 30 day period may be denied.
- In a successful return the customer's obligation is freight out freight back and restocking.
Refunds:
Credit will be issued immediately upon confirmation that the return has arrived in good order. As described, credit is less freight charges and restocking
